The above rules are the AASA State Rec. League Tournament rules. Any league may adopt these as written or adopt a combination of their own league rules and the AASA rules as their park rules. The only stipulation is that you do not change any safety rule in the above rules or any safety rule in the ASA Rule Book.
In Rec. League Pre-District, District and the State all-Star Tournament these are the rules that will be used. League rules will not govern any Rec.League Tournament play.
