*All teams MUST enter Sub-State and State Tournaments through your District Commissioner.  Teams who have received a berth to an ASA National Tournament MUST participate in the appropriate AASA State Tournament.

All tournament fees are as follows:

  The Recreation League Team Tournament is for teams that played in a
  Recreation League.  This is not for League All-star teams or Class "B teams.
  Rosters must be signed and verified by the Recreation Director or League
  President.  Leagues that are not ASA Registered may also participate by
  registering teams that wish to play.  To register a team contact the State
  Office or  your local District Office.

**NOTE:  Any Alabama team wishing to play in the National Tournaments in the Men's Master and Senior Classes MUST be entered to play in the Qualifiers.  If you do not have your team regisered with Alabama ASA and signed up for these qualifiers your team will be ineligible to play in the National Tournaments.

NOTE:  Any team wishing to play in the National Tournaments in the Men's Master and Senior Classes MUST be entered to play in the Qualifiers.  If you do not have your team registered with Alabama ASA and signed up for these qualifiers your team will be ineligible to play in the National Tournaments.
JO Tournament rules for Districts, States and Regionals in Alabama

Rules will be as written in the ASA Rule Book with the following additions:
1.  Teams MUST be ASA registered.

2.  Teams MUST have played in the District Tournament if offered to be eligible for the State Tournament.

3.  Teams MUST enter the State Tournament through their respective District Commissioner.  See Staff Page for
contact Information.

4.  Tournament format will be 3 game guarantee Bracket.  This is weather permitting. Alabama ASA has the right
to change the format if necessary.

5.  All games will be played on a hour and a half time limit.  No new inning will be started after time expires
except in case of a tie.  In tie cases the International Tie Breaker rule will go into effect after the inning has
been completed.

6.  Any team that has earned a berth to a National Tournament MUST have played in ALL State Championship
tournaments.  ie:  Districts & States.
